Macro-friendly, High Protein Queso Chicken & Rice
  1. Start by grabbing three large chicken breasts.

  2. Add a tablespoon of oil and tender ice.

  3. Season with your favorite taco seasoning until it looks like this.

  4. Rinse your rice. Soak in some cold water and mix.

  5. Run that through the strainer a couple times until it runs clear like this.
