Boujee Instant Pork Ramen
  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients

  2. Cut belly into 1.5cm squares and add to marinade

  3. Coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight

  4. Remove pork from fridge ½ hour before cooking

  5. Boil 2 cups of water in medium pot and cook noodles according to packet. Reserve ⅛ of pasta water

  6. While pasta is still super hot, add egg yolk and mix quickly to make a creamy sauce

  7. Poach egg until just set, about 3 - 4 minutes

  8. Heat pan on high, add a little oil and when almost smoking, cook pork in two batches, frying on all sides, getting a little charred

  9. Serve noodles, pork, poached egg, spring onions, pinch of sesame seeds & a drizzle of sesame oil over top!
