Combine equal parts of water and chunk rhubarb to the pot.
Cook down on medium heat until soft.
Strain to get the juice.
Combine all and heat until sugar dissolved.
Add to hot pint jars process in the water bath for 10 minutes or in an oven at 250° for 10 minutes.
To reconstitute combine 1 pint of concentrate with 3 pints of water.
