Strawberry Glaze
Prep strawberries: Grind dehydrated strawberries into a fine powder or crumbs.
Cream: Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and strawberry powder 3–4 minutes until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt separately. Add to dough.
Fold in white chocolate and cream cheese chips.
Optional jam:
Instructions
Cool 10–15 minutes.
Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies.
Pull when edges are set and centers still look slightly underbaked.
Bakery note
Press a few extra white chocolate chips on top before baking so they come out looking like bakery display cookies. The strawberry glaze on top will make these look like they came from a specialty cookie shop.
