Yaki Imo Sundae
  1. Scrub your potato, poke some holes in it, and then bake it uncovered for 90 mins at 325°F.

  2. While the potato is baking, make burnt sugar syrup (instructions below). A brown sugar simple syrup also works!

  3. When the potato is done (it should be a custardy texture), take it out and let it rest for 15 mins.

  4. Slice it open, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and top with syrup, a pinch of black sesame seeds, and flaky salt.
