High Protein Turkey Egg Wrap
  1. Combine the 2 eggs and ½ cup cottage cheese in a blender with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth.

  2. Cook the egg mixture as you would normally cook scrambled eggs.

  3. Assemble the wrap by layering the turkey, egg mixture, arugula, and hot sauce (if desired).
