Restaurant-style Salsa
  1. Combine the whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes and green chilies, onion, jalapeño, garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you like—I do 10 to 15 pulses. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust as needed.

  2. Refrigerate the salsa for at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or cheese nachos.
