Strawberry Marshmallows
  1. Add strawberries and water to a saucepan and simmer until boiling

  2. Gradually add the gelatin a little bit at a time while stirring to prevent clumping

  3. Simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring

  4. Turn off stove and allow to cool

  5. Once cooled down, add strawberry mixture to a blender with greek yogurt and puree

  6. Pour puree into a glass container or silicone molds

  7. Refrigerate until 100% firm

  8. Store in the refrigerator
