Add strawberries and water to a saucepan and simmer until boiling
Gradually add the gelatin a little bit at a time while stirring to prevent clumping
Simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring
Turn off stove and allow to cool
Once cooled down, add strawberry mixture to a blender with greek yogurt and puree
Pour puree into a glass container or silicone molds
Refrigerate until 100% firm
Store in the refrigerator
