Sweet Potato Carrot Soup
  1. Roast all ingredients at 350°F for 1 hour until soft and caramelized

  2. Blend with a cup of chicken or vegetable stock and a cup of water to dilute

  3. Pour into a pot and bring to simmer for about 5 minutes, or longer if you want the soup to be thicker

  4. Top with some chili oil for a kick
