Peanut Butter-banana Flaxseed Smoothie
  1. Combine frozen sliced bananas, ½ cup almond milk, ¼ cup yogurt, ¼ cup peanut butter, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, 1 tablespoon maple syrup (if using), ½ teaspoon vanilla, ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a blender; process until smooth, about 1 minute.

  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with additional ground flaxseed, if desired.
