Preheat oven to 200°C and line a regular 12 cup or large 6 cup muffin tin with liners or baking paper
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
In a small bowl, coat the berries with 1 tbsp of the dry mix
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until lighter and fluffier, then add in eggs, beating until fluffy and combined
Beat in vanilla
Add dry mix in 3 parts, alternating with milk in two parts
Once combined, stir through berries
Divide mix between muff cups
Sprinkle with sugar or streusel
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin
