Mc Chicken Dupe
  1. Mix lean ground chicken (or food processed chicken breast) with spices listed above.

  2. Form into 6-6oz patties.

  3. Blend corn flakes and coat each patty.

  4. Place on baking tray & spray with light olive oil.

  5. Bake at 400°F for 14-16 minutes.

  6. Place on low cal burger bun with 1 tablespoon light mayo & lettuce.

  7. ENJOY!
