Put wings on smoker setting at 250°F for 25 minutes to thaw and add smoke flavor.
Remove wings from oven and dry them off.
Toss wings with cornstarch and chili lime rub.
Spritz wings with olive oil.
Put wings back in on Specialty Roast at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Flip wings, spritz again, and cook for another 10 minutes.
