Citrus Buttercream Egg Biscuits
  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth

  2. Mix in eggs, ricotta, and vanilla

  3. Add flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and mix just until combined

  4. Scoop about 2 tbs of dough onto a lined baking sheet

  5. Bake at 350°F for 12-13 minutes

  6. Add butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and orange zest to a bowl and whip until smooth

  7. Add heavy cream a little at a time until light and fluffy

  8. Top cooled biscuits with citrus buttercream

  9. Finish with sprinkles
