The Rosita & Three Variations
  1. Start with a chilled mixing glass

  2. Add tequila, Campari, bitters, saline, and both vermouths

  3. Add plenty of ice and stir to chill and dilute

  4. Strain the cocktail over a tempered ice block

  5. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the top

  6. For Extra Rose Rosita: spray rose water over the top and garnish with rose petals

  7. For Chocolate Rosita: use chocolate bitters and garnish with dark chocolate and sea salt

  8. For Coffee Rosita: add freshly crushed coffee beans and garnish with coffee beans
