  2. Chop 2 onions

  3. Chop the garlic

  4. Remove the pork from the pan

  5. Butter

  6. Slice the brie cheese

  7. 180 ml of cream

  8. Salt and pepper

  9. Juice of ½ orange

  10. Cook for 3 minutes until the cheese melts

  11. Chop the parsley

  12. Grate the parmesan

  13. Return the meat to the pan

  14. Cook for 12 minutes under the lid
