Wash red lentils thoroughly.
Bring 6 cups of water or chicken stock to a boil and cook lentils for 8-10 minutes.
Add to blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Fry ground pork on high in frying pan with au jus prep sauce.
When the ground pork is almost fully cooked, add the taco seasoning, hot sauce, and tomato paste. Cook for about a minute.
Add the blended lentils.
Reduce until the liquid has thickened up.
Add the cheese and mix it in.
