Parmesan Potatoes With Aioli
  1. In a baking dish, mix the oil, salt&pepper, oregano, garlic and parmesan.

  2. Add in the halved potatoes, cut side down and brush a bit of the oil on top.

  3. Cook In the oven for 25 minutes on 200C.

  4. Spoon the aioli on a plate and lay the potatoes on top and serve with a sprinkling of parsley and chives!
