Cut the chicken into cubes and add it into a bowl.
Add all the spices, the Greek yogurt, ginger, garlic and the juice of half a lemon.
Mix everything really well until fully coated and let it marinate for 30 minutes so all the flavors can go in.
In a pan, heat a little olive oil and cook the chicken until it’s fully done.
Once ready, take it out and set it aside.
In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft and fragrant.
Add all the spices and let them bloom for a few minutes.
Pour in the tomato passata and water and mix everything together.
Add the sugar and stir again.
Then add the heavy cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
Finally add the chicken back in and let it simmer for a few more minutes so everything comes together.
Finish it with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of heavy cream on top for that extra touch.
Serve it with rice and warm naan bread.
