Roasted Cherry Tomatoes With Burrata
  1. Toss tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in an 8” square glass pan. Roast Tomatoes at 400 for 10-12 minutes (or until they blister)

  2. Make Balsamic Glaze by combining Balsamic Vinegar and Brown Sugar, simmering until thickened.

  3. Break open a ball of burrata over the tomatoes, sprinkle with basil and more ground pepper.

  4. Serve over toasted bread slices.
