Quiche Lorraine
  1. Thaw frozen crust on the counter for 30 minutes

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  3. Pierce across the bottom of the crust with a fork 8-10 times and place onto a baking sheet.

  4. Bake crust for 10 minutes and remove from oven.

  5. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.

  6. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper until very well blended.

  7. Evenly sprinkle the bottom of the crust with ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.

  8. Sprinkle diced ham and thinly sliced green onions over the cheese.

  9. Gently pour egg custard mixture over the fillings.

  10. Top with remaining cheeses.

  11. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until center is just set (no longer jiggly) and crust and top is golden brown.

  12. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
