Thaw frozen crust on the counter for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Pierce across the bottom of the crust with a fork 8-10 times and place onto a baking sheet.
Bake crust for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper until very well blended.
Evenly sprinkle the bottom of the crust with ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle diced ham and thinly sliced green onions over the cheese.
Gently pour egg custard mixture over the fillings.
Top with remaining cheeses.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until center is just set (no longer jiggly) and crust and top is golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
