High-protein Cottage Cheese Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place cottage cheese in center of baking sheet. Spread out in even layer into the shape of a round pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan on top to evenly cover the top of the crust, before adding Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Be sure to cook the crust long enough so all of the moisture is removed.

  4. Take the crust out of the oven, add cheese and sauce. Continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly.

  5. Cool slightly on the baking sheet. Slice and enjoy!
