  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line a 13x9 metal baking pan with parchment paper (or lightly grease (i buttered) and flour the pan).

  2. Brown your butter.

  3. Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl and stir well. Let cool a bit.

  4. Add eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and stir until completely combined. Set aside.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

  7. Fold in marshmallow bits.

  8. Spread blondie batter into prepared pan and transfer to oven.

  9. Bake on 350F (175C) for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few fudgy crumbs. About 10 minutes before this point, throw on your big marshmallows and pretzels so they melt in and toast up.

  10. Allow to cool before cutting and enjoying. Fudgey. Chewy. Perfection.
