Goat Milk Caramels Recipe
  1. Grease and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a heavy pot, combine butter, goat milk, cream, corn syrup or honey, and brown sugar.

  3. Attach thermometer, stir constantly until mixture reaches 243–248°F.

  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pinch of salt.

  5. Pour into prepared dish, allow to set for 3 hours.

  6. Lift out with parchment, cut into squares, wrap, and serve.
