Grease and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a heavy pot, combine butter, goat milk, cream, corn syrup or honey, and brown sugar.
Attach thermometer, stir constantly until mixture reaches 243–248°F.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pinch of salt.
Pour into prepared dish, allow to set for 3 hours.
Lift out with parchment, cut into squares, wrap, and serve.
