Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¾ cup chocolate chips

¾ cup peanut butter chips

½ cup crushed peanuts or crunchy pretzels

½ cup chopped chocolate chunks (for topping)

Flaky sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and glossy.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, whisking until fully combined and creamy.

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.

Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and crushed peanuts or pretzels.

Scoop large portions of dough (about ¼ cup each) onto the prepared baking sheet.

Gently press down each cookie to create a thick “smashed” disc shape.

Top with extra chocolate chunks and a sprinkle of peanut butter chips.

Bake for 11–14 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers stay soft.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.

Let cool slightly before serving for the perfect gooey and crunchy texture.
