Set aside to rise for 1.5-2 hours until it doubles the volume.
Transfer the dough to a strongly sprinkled top. Gently divide into pieces and transfer to a baking tray.
Set aside for 30 minutes to rise again.
Bake in a preheated oven (220 ° C, up-down) for 25-30 minutes. Put a dish with water to the bottom of the oven - thanks to this the skin will be crunchy!
