So Good Fudge Pops (with Avocado!)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on low speed until combined, increasing the speed a little to make a smooth pudding. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.

  2. Taste the mixture and add a little additional sweetener if needed.

  3. Spoon into popsicle molds.

  4. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until firm.

  5. Remove from molds and serve cold. (You can let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes so they soften just slightly before serving if desired.)
