PdfTake a bowl and add greek yogurt 250g or any thick yogurt
Add 3 egg yolks and mix well
Add cake flour 35g and cornstarch 10g, mix well
In a separate bowl, beat 3 egg whites with lemon juice 5ml and sugar 50g until well mixed
Mix the two liquids together
Line a mold (175x85x70) with baking paper on a baking sheet
Pour the batter into the prepared mold
Place the baking sheet in a larger pan with hot water (water bath)
Bake in a preheated oven at 145°C for 70 minutes, depending on the oven
Remove from the mold and let it cool
