Roasted Garlic Hummus with Soft Pita Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for about 30-40 minutes until soft.

  2. In a food processor, blend the roasted garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt.

  3. Serve the hummus with soft pita bread wedges.
