Parmesan Polenta
  1. In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and milk; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

  3. Add polenta and reduce heat to a low simmer. Stir occasionally until combined and thickened, about 20 minutes.

  4. Add butter and parmesan; stir to combine (if polenta becomes too thick, add more broth or milk).
