Chop potatoes into chips, spray with olive oil and season
Air fry chips for 20 minutes at 200°C or bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
Whisk egg with paprika, garlic powder and salt
Soak one rice paper in the egg mixture for 1-2 minutes, turning over halfway
Place cod in the middle of the rice paper and wrap it
Repeat with second piece of cod
Air fry wrapped cod for 13 minutes at 200°C or bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
Mix yogurt, finely chopped gherkins, capers, mustard, lemon juice, and parsley/dill in a bowl
Divide tartar sauce into two servings
Serve fish and chips with tartar sauce
