Healthy Air Fryer Fish And Chips With Tartar Sauce
  1. Chop potatoes into chips, spray with olive oil and season

  2. Air fry chips for 20 minutes at 200°C or bake for 30 minutes at 180°C

  3. Whisk egg with paprika, garlic powder and salt

  4. Soak one rice paper in the egg mixture for 1-2 minutes, turning over halfway

  5. Place cod in the middle of the rice paper and wrap it

  6. Repeat with second piece of cod

  7. Air fry wrapped cod for 13 minutes at 200°C or bake for 15 minutes at 180°C

  8. Mix yogurt, finely chopped gherkins, capers, mustard, lemon juice, and parsley/dill in a bowl

  9. Divide tartar sauce into two servings

  10. Serve fish and chips with tartar sauce
