Tahini Yogurt Sauce
  1. Zest half of the lemon and then juice it. You need 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

  2. In a bowl whisk together the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, mint, tahini, water, salt and pepper.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve over steamed vegetables, as a dipping sauce or over grilled meats.
