Cover lentils with water and let soak for 1 hour.
Rinse and drain the lentils.
Chop the parsley.
Mix lentils, eggs, Greek yogurt, salt, dried garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and baking powder well.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes.
