Lentil Bread
  1. Cover lentils with water and let soak for 1 hour.

  2. Rinse and drain the lentils.

  3. Chop the parsley.

  4. Mix lentils, eggs, Greek yogurt, salt, dried garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and baking powder well.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.

  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes.
