Egg Drop Soup
  1. Add the chicken stock to the pot and hit cook

  2. Combine corn starch, water, and turmeric powder

  3. Add the cornstarch mixture/slurry to the the chicken stock once it boils

  4. Beat 2 eggs and drizzle into the soup once it comes back up to a boil. Stir the soup while you drizzle slowly to get nice ribbons!

  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper

  6. Top with green onions and adjust seasoning to taste!
