Add the chicken stock to the pot and hit cook
Combine corn starch, water, and turmeric powder
Add the cornstarch mixture/slurry to the the chicken stock once it boils
Beat 2 eggs and drizzle into the soup once it comes back up to a boil. Stir the soup while you drizzle slowly to get nice ribbons!
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper
Top with green onions and adjust seasoning to taste!
