  1. In a blender or food processor combine the 4 bananas, 4 eggs, 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder, ¾ cups of milk, ⅔ cup of oats and ⅓ cup of ground pumpkin seeds. This will create a wet base and make adding the flour easier. Blend for 30 seconds or until combined.

  2. Add a pan to the stove and start heating to a medium heat.

  3. Add in the flour ⅓ of a cup at a time turning on the mixer in between each scoop.

  4. Turn the pan up or down to reach 220 degrees Celsius.

  5. Add a small amount of olive oil and half a teaspoon of butter to prevent sticking.

  6. Cook until bubbles form and bottom browns, flip and finish cooking.
