Blend tofu, water, miso, soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil and vinegar together until smooth.
Add remaining sesame oil to a pan, add rice and garlic and fry til a bit crispy.
Add kimchi to the pan and cook til hot.
To serve, spread tofu sauce on a plate, top with rice / kimchi then garnish with chili oil, green onions, spicy mayo, sesame seeds.
