Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
  1. Lay out 2 slices of bread.

  2. Place 7 pepperonis on one slice of bread.

  3. Top pepperoni with 2 Tablespoons marinara sauce.

  4. Lay 2 fresh mozzarella slices over sauce, then place 2 tomato slices on mozzarella.

  5. Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese over everything, then top with other slice of bread.

  6. Spread garlic butter on one side and place that side down on a preheated griddle.

  7. Butter the top side and flip when golden.

  8. Grill until both sides are crisp and cheese is melted (about 2–4 minutes per side).

  9. Repeat steps for all 4 sandwiches. Serve with marinara for dipping.
