Mom Murray’s Banana Bread
  1. mix bananas, egg, butter and sugar in a bowl

  2. mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl

  3. combine wet and dry ingredients until well combined

  4. optionally add chocolate chips and/or nuts to batter

  5. grease a bread loaf pan, add the batter

  6. bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  7. check for doneness with a sharp knife toward the end of the bake
