Crispy Potatoes With Miso Butter
  1. In a pot, add in potatoes and fill the pot with water. Add in 3 tbsp of salt and boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain the potatoes and set them aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix melted unsalted butter, grated garlic, miso paste, black pepper, and salt. Taste to see if you need any more seasoning; if not salty enough, add .5 tbsp of Miso Paste (every brand is different)

  3. Drizzle Olive oil all over the baking pan and add in drained potatoes. Use a flat surface and smash all the potatoes down and drizzle miso butter all over the potatoes.

  4. Broil the potatoes in the oven for 6-7 minutes or until it is crispy brown. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
