Grace Fahey's Favorite Scone Recipe
  1. Grate your butter and set in the freezer to chill.

  2. Mix dry ingredients & zest.

  3. Add in butter and gently mix till combined, breaking up any big clumps with your fingers.

  4. Stream in cream and blueberries.

  5. Mix gently by hand then turn out on counter.

  6. Working quickly, press the dough together until it forms a disc. It will be dry!!

  7. Cut into 8 equal triangles.

  8. Refrigerate for 30m to overnight.

  9. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
