Pumpkin-Cranberry Custard
  1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, cranberries and eggs in CROCK-POT slow cooker; stir to blend.

  2. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 to 4½ hours.

  3. Serve with gingersnaps, if desired.
