One-pot Chicken Sausage & Orzo
  1. In a pan, add olive oil, shallots and garlic over medium heat. Sauté for several minutes until shallot begins to soften.

  2. Add chicken sausage and cook for ~5 more minutes, until sausage becomes slightly browned on the outside.

  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes & toss until everything is combined.

  4. Then, add orzo to the pan along with bone broth and half & half. Also season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.

  5. Then turn heat to low, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes or until orzo is fully cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally!

  6. Once orzo is done, gradually incorporate spinach and parmesan cheese until everything is combined.
