No-bake Lemon Cheesecake!

⅓ cup lemon juice

Method:

  1. Melt butter and mix with graham crumbs. Press into lined pan. Chill in fridge.

  2. Beat cheese until smooth.

  3. Beat in cond. milk

  4. Add lemon juice and mix till combined

  5. Pour into pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours

  6. Decorate with slices of lemon or other fruit if desired.
