Yeast Dough Stuffed Buns With Mincemeat Filling
  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough and leave to rise at room temperature for 30 minutes, form into 100 g balls and leave to rise for another 30 minutes

  2. Fry the mincemeat in oil until golden brown, add all the other ingredients and sauté

  3. Roll out the individual dough balls and fill them: grated cheese, Minced meat filling, red cabbage, grated cheese

  4. Fold together, turn over and spread with toppings

  5. Bake at 180 degrees / top and bottom heat for 18 minutes
