Make a bed of chopped leeks, rosemary, sage, lemon, garlic, and chopped sundried tomatoes in a roasting tray
Pour in half a bottle of cheap white wine
Spatchcock the chicken and rub with oil, salt, and pepper
Lay the chicken on top of the leek mixture
Roast in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes
Remove from oven and wrap the chicken in smoked bacon
Return to the oven for 15 minutes
Remove the chicken and bacon from the tray
Squeeze out the roasted lemon and garlic and chop it up
Add the roasted lemon and garlic to the tray with orzo, chicken stock, and crème fraîche
Return to the oven for 20 minutes to cook the orzo
Let the chicken rest while the orzo cooks
Serve together
