30 Min Chicken Tinga Verde
  1. In a skillet heat oil over med heat. add in your tomatillos, peppers, and ¼ of an onion, and fry for a couple mins.

  2. Then add in your garlic cloves. Keep frying till everything is nice and roasted. About (4-5 mins total).

  3. Add them to a blender with salt, pepper, oregano, cilantro, ½ c water, and chicken bouillon. Blend until smooth.

  4. Shred your rotisserie chicken and add to a bowl. Set aside.

  5. In a skillet heat some oil over medium heat. Add ½ an onion sliced. Fry the onions until translucent.

  6. Then add in your sauce. Bring to simmer and let that cook for about 2 mins.

  7. Add in your shredded chicken mix well. Adjust any seasoning to your liking, and let that cook covered over med low heat for 5 mins.

  8. Either fry tortillas or buy store bought tostadas.

  9. Then assemble your tostadas. Slather on some black beans, add your chicken then top with whatever toppings you'd like. I added my preferred toppings above. Serve and enjoy babe!
