Prepare chicken and dice into cubes
Heat wok or skillet over high heat
Add sesame oil, ginger and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute
Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes, or until the chicken is mostly cooked
Add in stir fry vegetables of your choice (I used a premixed bag of snap peas, carrots and mushrooms); sauté for 2 minutes
Add in broccoli slaw
Pour in 2 tbsp coconut aminos (non-Paleo friends, you can also substitute for soy sauce)
Cook 2-3 minutes, broccoli softens slightly
Remove from heat and serve
