In a large bowl, combine four cups of bread flour, a tablespoon of yeast, and about a teaspoon of salt.
Gradually mix in two cups of warm water until the mixture is wet and sticky.
Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise in a warm place for two hours.
After the dough has risen, sprinkle some flour on your work surface and wet your fingers.
Gently pull the dough out of the bowl and stretch it over itself without kneading.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 450°F.
Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
Bake the dough in the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the bread from the oven and return it for an additional 15 minutes.
