Chicken Pot Pie
  1. Make chicken or shred rotisserie.

  2. Melt one stick of butter on pan, add vegetables and cook down.

  3. Then add flour until right consistency (about ½ cup) then add broth and heavy cream, shredded chicken and add seasonings.

  4. Place puff pastry on a buttered pie dish then add filling and cover.

  5. Bake at 375 for 45 min
