Creamed Corn Succotash
  1. In your pan, heat the oil and add the frozen corn.

  2. Chop up a pepper and the garlic cloves and add that!

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the butter.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes.

  5. In a measuring cup, add the milk, cream and flour and whisk together.

  6. Pour into the corn and cook until desired thickness.

  7. Add the parm, stir and enjoy!
